Microsoft has launched two new smartphones in UAE market namely, Lumia 730 and its 4G LTE versions which is being called Lumia 735. These are going to be the first Lumias launched by Microsoft which are not carrying the Nokia brand since the Redmond-based software and services giant completed its $7.2bn acquisition of Nokia's devices arm six months ago. Microsoft still licenses the brand name from Nokia, and has previously said it would continue to do so for 10 years on its feature phones. For smartphones, Microsoft previously indicated it would use the Nokia label for a limited time only. Both handsets come with a 4.7-inch HD OLED display and a wide-angle front-facing Full HD 5MP camera, catering to selfies that capture the setting behind the user. The camera is supported by a Lumia Selfie app that comes pre-loaded on the phones. The Lumia 730 and Lumia 735 are available at a number of electronic retailers across the UAE in a range of colours including bright orange, bright green, dark grey and white.
